Short Description
The Equipment Coordinator will maintain organization of the yard and equipment all while providing support to shop and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of rental equipment
- Status verification of equipment on the yard
- Stage equipment for delivery
- Stage equipment for maintenance and repair activity
- Ability to diagnose and repair small tools.
- Review reservation reports to ensure the correct equipment is ready to rent
- Wash and light maintenance of equipment, function checks of equipment prior to the next rental
- Equipment quality inspections
- Maintain organization on the yard
- Ability to work with customers upon pickup and drop off answering any questions they may have
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Results orientated, process and problem-solving skills
- Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Capable of driving equipment (We assist with your training)
- Ability to lift
- Yard or other operational experience at an equipment rental yard
- Construction related experience
- Technical degree related to equipment maintenance is a plus
- Be comfortable working outside year round
Educational Background
High school or GED required
Conditions of Employment
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
