Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
Provide menu information and make recommendations when required
Handle customer requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude
Process payments using POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but training will be provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Ability to work evenings, weekends
