Seeking Class 1 & Class 3 drivers with experience operating gravel truck for various construction projects in the Whitehorse area, with some remote work in Yukon communities.
-Class 3 drivers needed to run water trucks, tandem axle dump trucks, fuel trucks. TDG and fuel handling certification is an asset.
- Class 1 drivers needed to operate tractors with side dumps and belly dumps. Experience with these configurations is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience driving commercial heavy vehicles, with 1 year experience in a construction setting.
- Drivers abstract to be provided prior to hiring.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation (Excavator, Front-End Loader) is an asset.
- Must be able to pass drug & alcohol screening.
Work term from Early May to October.
