Seniors (50+) Volunteering with Young Families

Task description:
Staring in January, join our drop in Mini Mother Goose program 2hrs once a week (Thursdays 10-noon or Fridays 12:30-2:30pm, assist Cai Krikorian with singing songs and rhymes. Socialize with families. Help with snack prep, help with clean up.
You will not be left alone with children or responsible for childcare.Minimum Age:50+
Responsibilities:Assisting, socializing with families and their children, setting up snack, light clean up.
Skills needed:Calm, socializing with new people, enjoy smiling and talking to babies and parents.
Time commitment:2hrs once a week.
Incentive for the volunteer:
Enjoy connecting with young families, sing favourite nursey rhymes.
