Neighbourly North is Whitehorse’s largest Airbnb Superhost, and corporate housing manager. We manage 60+ condominiums, suites and fully-detached homes located near downtown Whitehorse. We host business travellers, tourists, and local families looking for high-quality short-term housing in Whitehorse, leading the sector with a high level of professionalism and consistency.
Neighbourly North is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support and execute our sales & marketing efforts on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for a seasoned generalist who enjoys working hands-on, is comfortable without a large marketing team, and can confidently move between structured recurring work and ad-hoc creative projects.
The core responsibility of this role is delivering our annual marketing campaign, spanning a mix of traditional and digital channels, alongside ongoing marketing and communications support.
You will work 10 hours per week, joining the team in-office two days per week.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute recurring marketing activities aligned with established annual plans
- Maintain and improve online content on company webpages, directories, and social media profiles
- Produce basic design and marketing materials as needed
- Support sales and marketing collateral and communications
- Represent the company at relevant local trade shows and community events
- Support corporate communications with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong written communication skills and sound design judgment
- Experience managing or updating website content with WordPress and Elementor
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe
- Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience in the accommodations, hospitality, or real estate industry is considered an asset
