Urban Trend is looking for a motivated individual to join our team.
- Greet Customers and inform them about promotional offers/ deals storewide.
- Provide advice and suggestions to customers on product selection, suggesting accessories to go with an outfit.
- Maintain Knowledge about new trends and styling of clothing, provide appropriate suggestions and information about product pricing and availability.
- Lead customer through entire purchasing procedure and process cash out using debit/credit terminal.
- Merchandise Clothing/Accessories on the floor to create an easy to shop environment for customers in accessible manner.
- Customer service driven, Must be professional in appearance and manner.
- Strong Merchandising skills.
- Respond to and handle customer issues by using good judgements and logic in solving problems
Requirements/Eligibility
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Clothing Salesperson.
- Strong interpersonal and Excellent English reading and writing skills.
- Must be available to work throughout the year on Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays.
- Must enjoy working in fast paced and team environment.
