Term: Permanent part-time position (20hrs/week, flexible hours)
Wage: $36.50 - $42.30
Location: Atlin BC

This is a joint role shared with our existing Program Manager position. We have created this position as we are seeking to expand our programming and better support the TRT community. The Program Manager reports to the TAC Executive Director and TAC Board of Directors. Your job will be to design, plan, and carry out TAC programs, working with our partners.
Required Knowledge and Skills
● Strong ability to prioritize tasks
● Can make decisions both alone and as a team member
● Comfortable working with Atlin community members while remaining neutral
● Comfortable working in remote camps & in on-the-land settings
● Experience in developing, planning, and carrying out programming
● Ability to work closely with partners
● Managing logistics - such as flights, food, gear, etc.
● Experience promoting events, including through social media
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Vulnerable sector criminal record check
- Minimum 5 year’s experience working for a First Nation community
