Office Administrator/Accounting Clerk

Tucker Carruthers is hiring a full-time office administrator/accounting clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Tasks:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining daily financial records, balancing accounts monthly.
  • Invoicing: Managing invoices, tracking payments, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Financial Record Management: Organizing and storing financial documents, both physical and digital.
  • Payment Processing: Managing payments, managing back accounts, and preparing statements.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Office Support: Answering phones, taking messages, and managing correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Inputting financial and administrative data into spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • File Management: Organizing and filing documents, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate and support office staff in their daily routine and supporting overall workplace functionality.
