$21-24 per hour (depending on experience) plus tips!
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Grill Chef with at least 3 years of experience in steaks and seafood dishes to join our kitchen team at a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare steak and a variety of grilled foods and seafood dishes
- Ensure food quality in presentation and production are consistently maintained at a premium level
- Follow prep lists and daily production tasks
- Provide input into product ordering, as well as monitoring stock
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and equipment
- Uphold strict compliance with food safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and seamless service
Qualification/ Requirements:
- At least 3 years of culinary experience in specifically steak and seafood, preferably at a high-volume restaurant.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (We are open Tuesday-Saturday)
Must be already eligible to work in Canada. (If you do not have a work permit your application will not be considered.)
