Patient care
- Prepare patients: Make patients feel comfortable and prepare them for procedures
- Provide instruments: Hand instruments to dentists during procedures
- Provide suction: Use suction hoses to dry patients' mouths
- Provide education: Instruct patients on oral hygiene
- Monitor sedation: Assist with sedation procedures and monitor patients' responses
Instrument preparation
- Sterilize instruments: Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Prepare trays: Set up trays for dental procedures
Dental assistants work closely with dentists, hygienists, office managers, and other staff members.
No previous education (dental assisting program) or experience needed. We are willing to train and guide the ideal candidate. You will learn the fundamentals of dental assisting and once independent, will reap the benefits of being a dental assistant - serving and helping people with their oral health which impacts their overall health!
Hours: 40 hours per week/9:30-5:30
