(2 Positions Available – Permanent, Full-Time)
We are currently seeking two motivated candidates to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with product and service selection and purchase, providing basic product guidance. The position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment
- Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts
- Provide customer service
- Assist in the display of merchandise
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Employment requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
Additional information
- We are looking to fill 2 permanent full-time positions (35–40 hours per week)
- Apple Product knowledge is recommended, but additional training is provided.
- Hourly rate is $22 to $26 (To be negotiated)
