Senior Consultant(s) and Associate(s)

Ivy + Dean Consulting (i+d) is seeking up to three client-facing team members to join us in meeting the needs of non-profit organizations across the Prairies and Northern Canada.
You:

• Are motivated and passionate about supporting local non-profit organizations.
• Understand the unique needs of non-metropolitan Canada because you’ve lived in small urban and rural community/ies across the country.
• Have held a variety of roles in the non-profit sector and/or have experience as a freelancer, and are ready to challenge yourself in a firm that values independence, accountability, and rigour.
• Take pride in the uniqueness of your ideas and are confident working without the use of generative AI.
• Are ready to produce high-quality work while you benefit from flexible hours and a remote work environment.

About the Position:

• We’re seeking Senior Consultants and Associates to work 35 hours to 40 hours per week, with an ideal start date of April 1, 2026 or June 1, 2026.
• Successful candidates can expect to earn:
  • $69,680 to $82,160 annually for Senior Consultants (seven to 20+ years of work experience).
  • $64,480 to $72,800 annually for Associates (five to 10+ years of work experience).
  • Salaries are determined based on candidate experience per an established assessment metric.
• Additional benefits include:

• i+d employees receive annual vacation, personal, volunteer, and entertainment leave and are given paid days off on all Northwest Territories and Saskatchewan statutory holidays and additional i+d discretionary holidays. The i+d offices are closed annually from December 25 to January 1.
