Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing Revit models, AutoCAD format drawings and MS Word specifications for commercial, institutional and residential building construction including Tender Documents, Construction Sets, and As-built drawings;
- Assisting in production of Condition Assessment reports for a variety of building types;
- Site work, including measuring, assisting with exploratory work, and photographic documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma or degree from min. 3 year program in the field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in design and consulting.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Application knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Dialux.
- Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment
- Registered or eligible for registration with ASTTBC
Work Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. 40 hours weekly
