Customer Service Assistant - $27.45/Hour at 35-40 Hours/week
Position: Permanent, Full-Time Day, some Weekends, and some On-call. On-site work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 - 2 yearsResponsibilities: Address customers' complaints or concerns • Accept monthly payments • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers • Arrange for refunds • Issue receipts and other forms • Explain the type and cost of services offered • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services• Perform general office duties • Sell store merchandise • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, opening and closing the storage doors (up to 50 lbs), and similar activities.
Computer and technology knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), QuickBooks
