We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate, team-oriented, possess strong communication skills, have an outgoing personality, and demonstrate solid administrative abilities.
Requirements:
● Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role at a remote Resort 4* and 5* Forbes Travel Guide rating, preferably in North America, but not exclusively
● Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing business in new markets and maintaining market share
● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
● Strong Sales, marketing, and hospitality knowledge with good communication and negotiation skills
● Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Spanish or French is an asset, though not required
● Maintain relationships with tour operators and local DMCs to generate leads
● Ability to work in a multicultural and remote environment and support B2B relationships
● Assist in daily operations and strategic initiatives
● Experience with resort sales and destination marketing
● Positive attitude towards teamwork and ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment
● Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
● Proficiency in computing and office software
● Good interpersonal and leadership skills with creative problem-solving ability
● Strong organizational and management skills with attention to detail
● Open to relocating on an individual basis to Yukon, Canada
