Job description:

  1. Reports to the Hospital Manager
  2. Check email – respond to non-medical enquiries as appropriate
  3. Restock pet food and treats in the reception area multiple times daily
  4. Ensure office supplies are inventoried and adequately stocked – add items to the clinic shopping list as needed.
  5. Assist the Inventory Manager with inventory counts 3-4 times annually
  6. Conduct an inventory report every quarter, and review it with an available manager
  7. Restock supplies in the treatment area`
  8. Coordinate item setup & ordering of new food, drug items as needed by Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians
  9. Order, receive and put away food and drug orders. These are typically received 1-2 times per week
  10. Order, receive and put away special food order from clients
  11. Manage the online webstore (MyVetStore) orders – verify Rx, items
  12. Other related duties as required

Schedule
This is a full-time day shift position working 40 hours per week. Our clinic hours are Mon to Fri, 7:30am – 5:00pm with some shift flexibility. We are looking to fill three positions.
