Light Duty Cleaner (NOC 65310)

Evergreen Homes and Construction is hiring a full-time, permanent (40hrs/week) light duty cleaner (NOC 65310)
Responsibilities:

• Cleaning the construction site to ensure the environment is safe from hazards
• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean out site from debris and discarded material
• Clean windows, glass surfaces and mirrors
• Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Sanitize surfaces and disinfect high touch areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor

Additional Requirements:
1. Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory
2. Knowledgeable in cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
3. Attention to Detail and ability to work independently
4. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
5. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
