For Contract Services – Economic Development Strategy
The Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN) invites proposals from qualified consultants or firms to develop a comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. This strategy will promote sustainable growth, community well-being, and alignment with CAFN cultural and environmental values.
Key Information
Requirements:
Include all-inclusive costs, signed submissions, and subcontract details (if applicable).
Proposals must address experience, methodology, budget, and references.
Evaluation:
Proposals will be assessed on completeness, experience, value, and alignment with project goals.
Scope of Work
The strategy will:
- Assess CAFN’s economic landscape and potential opportunities.
- Evaluate CAFN’s economic development entities.
- Provide a strategic plan with priorities, initiatives, and capacity-building measures aligned with cultural and environmental principles.
