Job Posting: Breakfast Cook – Remote Fly-In Camp (25–60 People)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our camp operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing hearty, high-quality breakfast meals for 25–60 people daily in a fly-in camp setting. This role is essential in ensuring our crews are well-fueled and ready for the workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot breakfasts daily for 25–60 people.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the kitchen and dining area.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as required.
- Provide additional support with baking, lunch prep, sandwich making and snack preparation.
- Follow dietary restrictions and accommodate special requests when possible.
- Work independently and efficiently in a remote camp environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a camp cook, breakfast cook, or line cook (camp or remote experience an asset).
- Strong knowledge of safe food handling, kitchen sanitation, and portion control.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and needs.
- Physically fit and able to manage the demands of cooking in a camp setting.
- Valid Food Safe certification

Shift & Schedule:
- Rotational schedule is 2 weeks in/2 weeks out
- Early morning shifts required.
