We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time friendly, energetic, reliable and motivated sales associate to join our team. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include helping customers with jewellery purchases and repairs as well as various other tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and labeling.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and inform them about promotional deals;
- Provide suggestions and information to customers on product selection;
- Lead customers through entire purchasing procedure and process cash out;
- Respond to and handle customer issues by using good judgements and logic in solving problems;
- Basic jewellery cleaning for customers;
- Daily stock replenishment;
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment;
- Apply and maintain correct labels on merchandise.
