Too Tall Construction & Consulting is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our construction team this season. This role involves operating heavy equipment on various job sites and supporting general construction activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other construction equipment
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and routine equipment maintenance
• Assist with site preparation, grading, material handling, and clean-up
• Work closely with ground crew and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and site requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience operating construction equipment
• Valid driver’s licence (Class 5 minimum)
• Strong awareness of job-site safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to perform physical labour when required
