We’re looking for a Cook to join the evening kitchen team at The Belly of the Bison - a fine dining gem on Main Street in Whitehorse, known for its elegant comfort food, excellent service, and warm ambiance
You’ll prepare and present thoughtfully crafted dinner dishes—ranging from highlights like Seared Black Cod and Bison Bolognese to inventive appetizers and desserts. You’ll work in a restaurant praised for cozy refinement, plated artistry, and standout flavors. If you excel at detail, pace, and presentation, you’ll fit right in.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or upscale bistro setting
  • Ability to execute a menu with high precision
  • Strong attention to plating and timing
  • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality and food service
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • A collaborative mindset with clear communication
