We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee on site construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. If you are skilled in construction management, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at motivating crews, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crew members
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards
• Oversee scheduling and daily field operations of crew(s)
• Ensure crews maintain compliance with safety regulations
• Serve as the main point of contact for on-site operations, coordinating with Site Superintendent, Project Managers and subcontractors
• Communicate progress, delays, and any issues with Project Manager and Site Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction, with 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
