Cashier / Customer Service Representative NOC 65100

H&R Block is looking for two front desk cashiers/customer service representative for the up coming tax season. Must be willing to work, be dedicated to great customer service and be flexible. Responsibilities include serving clients, verifying their Identity, having documents signed, taking payments via a POS software and using a Visa/MC/debit merchant machine. The successful applicant will also be required to do the daily balancing at end of shift, keep work area clean and be a great team player. Must also be able to handle a fast pace environment, follow government and employers policies and be able to work evenings and weekends as well as days.
