POSITION SUMMARY
The Carpenter's function at CANYON CITY CONSTRUCTION LP is to perform all job related assignments as assigned by the Job Superintendent. This position is important to our firm and the fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities contribute to the overall success of the company.
PERSONAL SUITABILITY
This position requires an individual who has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team. The incumbent will possess thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction related tasks and duties. Cross cultural awareness, excellent communication skills and a friendly, personable, and diplomatic demeanor is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Journeyman Carpenter
- Leadership Skills
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction; materials, equipment, trade agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, cost control, schedules, and safety required.
- Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
