Duties

• Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, floors, and door frames using various materials.
• Assemble furniture and fixtures according to specifications.
• Perform concrete forming for foundations and other structures.
• Restore and renovate existing structures, ensuring they meet current standards.
• Execute flooring installation, including tile laying and other surface finishes.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.
• Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
• Lift heavy materials as required for various projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction painting techniques and flooring installation methods.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• A valid driver's license may be required based on job site locations.
