Job Description
$28 - $38 per hour, commensurate with experience, 40 hours/week plus overtime. This is an on-site position

Customer and Information Services Representative Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, office computer and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and maintain files and records
- Answering and directing phone calls using in-house phone system
- Greeting customers and clients
- Receiving and distributing mail and shipments
- Maintaining all documents related to Human Relations hiring and employee certifications
- Using various internal and external software platforms to ensure regulatory compliance of staff, fleet and equipment
- Ensuring equipment maintenance is tracked and completed
- Managing in-house safety program and administering matters related to external safety requirements
- Managing travel requirements of field staff, including air and ground transportation and lodging
- Managing relations with brokerage(s) and matters related to import/export of equipment and materials to/from the United States
- Experience with cross-border travel documentation and customs an asset
- Familiarity with the Yukon's mining, trucking and logistics industries an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers’ License an asset
